Star Seller - Missed Dispatch - "Didn't put a Processing time" on a listing up since June

Hi all,

Just had my Star Seller rating lowered due to a missed dispatch due to "no processing time". 
But you have to include that when you set up the listing, which I did, back in June? 

Support have told me that:
"you actually did not put any processing time on the listing that was ordered. However, it seems like you was able to put a processing time on the listing after the order was placed. So considering that you updated it after the order was placed, it was not updated on the order itself, hence, the order doesn't have a processing time."

Which I don't understand? 

I think this might be a bug that needs exploring as I haven't changed the processing time for this listing since it was introduced in June.
