Star Seller Metrics Miscalculated - No Tracking Info on Digital Product

According to Etsy: "Digital download orders aren’t taken into account for on time shipping & tracking for Star Seller, but will still count towards your other metrics."

I recently fulfilled a custom order for someone. It was fulfilled quickly and within the timeframe that was pre-determined. When I fulfilled the order, I marked the dropdown menu with no tracking order due to the fact that it was a digital download. 

However, now when I check my Star Seller stats, it says that my shipping fulfillment is at 0% because I didn't include a tracking number with that order! 

We're a new shop and we were really counting on our first Star Seller badge. All our other scores are absolutely perfect. Can anyone help solve this technical error?

The Etsy information states that they will not recalculate or award a Star retroactively.

Is there a way to reach out to Etsy support? In their help center it says to post here in the forum. It's not retroactive. There are still 9 days before they judge my shop so I'm trying to get ahead of this.

Next time, list as made to order digital, not physical. No tracking required.

If the order was listed as a physical order because it needed to be customised, then it doesn't count as a digital download.  You can avoid this by using the new "made to order digital" option to upload the finished product and the listing then becomes an instant download.

Custom Order from messages cannot be made into a digital listing, they are physical listings only and as such require shipping, with tracking for Star Seller.

US sellers ability to mark as order as no tracking and input a reason is for a completely different program, not related to star seller.

As above, Made to Order digital is the only way for custom digital orders not to affect Star Seller.

All digital must be either instant download or made to order.  You probably need to use the made to order download.

If you used shipping that is going to ding you.  Etsy won't fix.
