Star Seller Messaging from 5 Stars to Zero overnight

I have just noticed my Star Seller Message rating has gone from 5 Stars to Zero overnight, I have contacted Etsy help and they can't explain why this has happened but to say it is a Bug and Technical issue.  I have not received any customer messages since June and always immediately respond to my customers.  Totally perplexed at what has just happened, when I have always been a 5 Star Seller.  Please HELP

It's not just "customer messages"; it also includes any messages you may have received as a. buyer or help requests. Did you look at your CSV related to SS?

If you have not received or replied to any messages since June (was this possibly late May?) perhaps it went to zero because we just passed the 1st of a new month and there are no messages. Thus the number would be --zero.

you beat me to it.  and when you have no messages it also says it won't be held against you.  but the June part was throwing me.  the OP doesn't have any stars though.

I wish that was true, but only three days ago, I posted a couple of listings and checked my star selling ratings and it was a 5 star

stats all changed three days ago for everybody.  the first of every month.

You're also missing the "Smooth Shipping" badge. Have you downloaded the CSV files to see what's missing?

My messaging also disappeared. I have not received any messages since May so that's the reason (I'm guessing). I also have no stars in my shop. 

@PWOriginals unless a seller gets the two hidden metrics (revenue and number of sales), none of the stars will show. I have 100% for shipping, reviews and the hidden sales metric. The messaging shouldn't count but I haven't reached the (hidden but not buyer-relevant) $$ revenue. Thus I have no stars showing in my shop.

I assumed the OP had the required revenue and number of sales metrics for this period since she's been here for awhile.

If not, yes, those badges will not appear.

I don't know why the Etsy support people send people here for problems they know we can't solve for you. We try to help when we can, but certain things only Etsy employees can do. We are just other sellers like you. We can't fix Etsy glitches or financial issues or anything else that requires something done on Etsy's side of the site. 

The star selller metric turned over on the first, so the oldest month dropped off and it is now based on May, June & July. If you didn't get any messages in June, did you have enough messages to qualify? I think you have to have at least five messages and $300 in sales over the previous 3  months.

5 orders, not messages, and $300US.  don't know what the amount is in Australia.  the OP's items are very low priced.

people are complaining some legit messages from customers have gone straight there and they have lost that rating 

always reply to if it's a new thread

thank you for notifying me, I have always received 5 star reviews and its now saying I don't have " rave reviews" - this is absolutley crazy
