Star Seller Messages

Hi,

My Star Seller messages have not been updated since 8/24. I have had 12 messages since that time. I really need these messages to be recorded so that I can get Star Seller for Sept. It has a huge impact on my sales. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Did you reply to all 12 messages within 24 hours or mark as spam?

I replied to all of them. None were marked Spam.

The 12 I am referring to were all the first message from the potential buyer.

@VintageSolitaires: Have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page? When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Also, this file appears to be updated just once daily.

I think it takes 19 to make up for one that was missed, but I can't be sure.
