Star Seller Message Response Rate

Hi all  

I'm having issues with the CVS file from the Star Seller section "Message Response Rate". 

When I download the CVS it doesn't show the latest massages received. For instance, the message received on September 18th isn't there.

I think this will impact massively on my Star Seller score for next month, since the current month is below 95% because of one message received a bit ago. I got a bunch of new messages, all replied properly yet the score hasn't changed. 

Please help, as the end of the month and the review for October is just around the corner.

Is the message on the 18th a message in a continuous message thread?  New messages that appear in a continouse thread don't show in the CSV.  Also it can take 24 to 48 hours sometimes. 

Is that message in the spam file?

Not sure who you are expecting to help you with this.  Forum mods do visit occasionally, but Etsy doesn't make changes to SSB stats.  The simple truth is that it takes 19 replied to messages to offset that 1 missed.

I had 5 total messages in July, August and September and 2 of them were from one customer.  I missed the first one and replied to  the second one.  I will not see the SSB in that shop until December at the earliest.

We live and learn.

@SulphurAndSalt : "... doesn't show the latest massages received" Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.

A new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied (and allowing for one day to update) the first message of a new thread from September 18th should be in the CSV file.
