Star Seller Message DID NOT calculate all messages received/replied for May

We were reviewing last month's Star Seller's criteria and we should've received a Star Seller badge for May. However, in your system it's saying we didn't reach the 95% on the Message Response Rate. Loading the message report however, it only counted messages through May 27 (not through May 31) and says we only answered 15 / 16 messages. However, we received a number of messages after that date, making our total 21 / 22 messages -  however these messages (for whatever reason) were not included on the report for this month. 
 
Please fix this as soon as possible as our badge is not currently showing.

Sorry, this Forum is Sellers helping Sellers.  You're not speaking to Etsy.  I'm a little confused though.  Are you referring to the Badge that should have shown up June 1?  (Which takes into consideration Metrics for March, April, May).  
If I'm understanding correctly, the download is telling you that you had no Messages AFTER May 27 (basically robbing you out of May 28 thru May 31).  But you're saying you did in fact have them during this time and answered all but one of them.

I hate to say it, but I think the best way would be to contact Etsy.  Maybe you could get them through Chat.  If you get them through Email and they respond with generic info which doesn't help you, respond to THAT email (don't start a new one), and say you did not receive help.  I don't know how long it will take them to answer (and especially questions about the SS Program).  But if your Metrics are incorrect it should be rectified.

That's the only thing I can think of.  Hope someone else will jump in.

Unfortunately, posting here is what Etsy Support told us to do "in order for Etsy tech to see it". Not sure why as, like you said, it's a peer forum.

Also, support has said that they sometimes exclude messages from the last 2 days of the month and count it towards the next period instead - "giving sellers a full 24 hours to reply". We're disappointed in this as we were able to reply regardless of having a full 24 hours. 

Wanted to share all this info here in case any other sellers encounter this too.

@FurryFriendsApproved  I have heard in the forums that the chat support people can’t change the stats for a seller.  Every month people post about stats not being counted from the last couple of days in the month.  Maybe next month you’ll get the star seller badge.

Oh, that stinks.  I didn't see other monthly posts about Stats not counted the last couple of day in the month.  Thank You. 
If we're going to be graded it SHOULD be accurate.  Otherwise the grading is meaningless (in my opinion).  And May, June, July will be factored in for the July Star.

April, May, June will be factored for the July 1 Star.
