My Star Seller account says I didn't include tracking information for one of my sales. The customer bought two items at the same time in the same cart. On my dashboard, it comes up as one total sale, not two separate sales. The tracking information was provided for every sale I have made. I went from 100% to 91% because of an error on Etsy's part. This is totally not OK. Please help resolve my issue!

Please know that it may take about 24 hours after an order has been shipped for the On-time shipping score to update. Also, if the order was detected as having no tracking information on the Star Seller Dashboard, it is possible that the number entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Please check the carrier and the tracking number to make sure it matches. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

Two items in the same order would require only one tracking number. The Forums are just your fellow Sellers - you'll need to contact Etsy Support through the Help Center links to dispute this. Good luck!
I have. I was told to post it here too. I feel the run-around is happening.
We are only other sellers, so we can't do anything
however, etsy has repeated said they will not change the star seller metrics for sellers
and all we can do, is tell you this,
and advice to open a ticket to dispute it, but you may not get much luck

@ThirdBranch : How long ago did you ship? Has the package been scanned? Our experience is that the CSV file is often behind reality. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that after a day or two the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.

@ThirdBranch if chat support sent you to the forums there may be an etsy staff member who will look into the tracking issue. Did you download and review your Star Seller order history?
Same thing happened to me ! It suddenly is telling me four items that sold yesterday, and that I SHIPPED today with tracking, don't have tracking numbers. Are you kidding me???? I've always been 100% and suddenly it is jacked up saying no tracking number. It is clearly there on all the items. Get rid of that stupid Program, Etsy. All it has done is cause issues. Almost $40,000 in sales this year alone and they are playing these games with our emotions.

I don't understand why anybody cares about this star seller program in the first place just forget about it and you'll be liberated
One way to get rid of the program is not use it and your issues plus aggravation, will go right along with the Stupid Program. I see the program as Control Training and get prizes to receive, a truck and envelope and star symbol for reviews.
I have used the Post Office method for years now. They pick up from my house. I pay a flat $17.99 now a month and the program works out well. I don't want to give Etsy even more money than they already take from us. Looking today, I am still seeing the 98% rating from my normal 100%. I've never seen below 100% because I've added tracking to every single item and shipped on time. This is another blurp in Etsy's program. I would think if it took time to generate, I would have seen this happen before today.

My packages in question still say In Transit, yet they were delivered yesterday. So frustrating !!!!! Etsy marked me down on the SS Program, but the tracking number I provided is correct and takes me right to Delivered. I can't edit what is already correct. The Star Seller Program is causing more frustration than its worth.
The Star Seller program is highly flawed. Every single order I ship has tracking. I contacted Etsy about this and when I went back to check it a couple days later and it showed even more shipments without tracking. This dropped me below 94% and I lost my star rating. If you are going to have this silly program you should at least be able to make it be accurate. The whole program is deeply flawed and silly.

Why do you have this marked as "resolved" it is far from resolved! Remember that boost in fees a couple years ago that was going to pay for wonderful staff help? Time to buck up!
Same happened to me. Said two orders had no “tracking information “ so there is no way to even figure out which orders - as they all have been thru Etsy and on time. It’s insane that there is no way to correct it and you loose your star seller status for a Etsy system error. And guess what ? No one to talk to to correct issues. Completely insane, and unfair to sellers.
Go to your "orders and Shipping" then "completed orders" To the left side of your screen you'll see an option to choose "no tracking" Tick that circle and it should bring up those orders.
I had that issue this morning and contacted chat with the order #'s and tracking #'s. The agent was able to fix the problem.
I have looked everywhere for this chat window I hear about and I have yet to locate it.
