Star Seller Is NOT Updating On-Time Messages Correctly

The Current Review Period should calculate on-time messages from Sept 1 - Oct 31. Over that time, I have had 13 new message strings (not follow ups) but today's download shows just 5 messages. I know that it will not register until December 1st, but I am missing all messages before Sept 29th and after November 5th. Please check your stats. If they are incorrect, please place comments here in order to attract Etsy's attention to this matter.

Hi @GildedCart,

 

We've double-checked the Messages you've received last September 2022, and it appears that most of the conversation were initiated by you and only one message was initiated by your buyer. On the other hand, all eligible messages after November 5, 2022 were counted towards your Star Seller. Please remember that your response rate shows the percentage of initial messages that you reply to within 24 hours, and not the conversation you've started

@TheUrbanTouch, we've double-checked your On-Time shipping metric and it appears that you've shipped the November orders prior to the stated ship-by-date. Please note that as of the moment, we determine what orders are included in the On-time shipping calculation by the order’s Ship By Date. This means that if you marked an order earlier than the stated ship-by-date, the order will be counted to your On-Time shipping once the ship-by-date arrived.

Not only that is counting only the last 5 message threads, but in my count for orders, the november sales don't even appear, instead there is one August one . The entire algorithm is a mess.
