So my Star Seller information says an order was missing processing time and now my accuracy is 92%. But it wasn't missing. Nothing has been changed and the item has been ordered multiple times before. Something has glitched out and has negatively affected me for some reason.
There was a time that processing times went missing. During that time I contacted Support and they were able to fix it which fixed my Star Seller metrics. Your only chance to change this is to contact Support. Just remember sometimes fair or not fair, your outcome can be different depending on who is on the opposite end of support that day.
@JoosyStore: This is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time.

Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.
A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.
