Star Seller -I only offer digital downloads - why is it showing 0% for shipping

I will be missing out on June Stellar Status because the "On-time Shipping and Tracking" is 0%. When I look deeper, it's shows.. 

0 orders missing tracking info

1 order missing processing time

How is this possible, when I only offer digital downloads?????

I downloaded the "order history" csv file, but it's completely blank.

Are all your digital downloads instant downloads?  Any that you are emailing?  If so, you need to change those from a physical listing to digital and use the placeholder for custom digital.

If you do variations though which the custom does not support then you will need to take the hit for no tracking. 

If all your listings are instant downloads and you did not email any orders, contact Etsy to dispute the recorded information.

All of my items are instant downloads and the listings are set to "digital", so this why it doesn't make any sense?? I just sent Etsy a message so hopefully they will resolve it. Thanks!!!

Did you have any luck with this? All of a sudden today on the 31st of May my shop added a 0% in star seller for shipping. I was all set to make it on June 1. Nothing about my listings has changed unless Etsy changed it. I only have digital downloads as well.

They announced they mucked about with the SS program this morning, so maybe they messed up something in the process.  Wouldn't be surprising.  I sell only digital and I don't have the shipping category.
