Star Seller - Help Requests

Hi there

It seems that any help requests I receive and respond to are not being counted as messages responded to within 24 hours even though I have met the timescale. Would it be possible to look into this please as I am going to lose my Star Seller status because of this

we are only other sellers, we can't actually do anything,

are the customers opening an ordinary message, and a help request? do you answer both, from the messages section, on etsy
