I received an email that I didn't get a start seller this moth because I'm not meeting my shipping estimates, however I only sell digital products. I had a few physical products, but haven't sold any of them. Not sure why I had the star seller badge removed. Is there any way to fix this?
Here is the thing it said was the reason:
Shipping
Make sure to ship within your stated processing times. You can update your processing times to accurately reflect how much time you need to prep each order.
@WonderReimagined: Have you looked at the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to see which orders Etsy thinks required shipping and / or a verifiable tracking number? Remember to look at 'previous period' for September star stats and downloads. Perhaps an order you though was set up as digital actually was set up as physical?

My shipping rate was dropped because they said one item didn't have tracking. Well the item they say didn't have tracking was shipped UPS not USPS and it did have tracking. It seems they only recognize USPS shipping tracking which is BS. So I was penalized for their error, ridiculous. And of course you can't dispute this or they won't acknowledge their error and adjust accordingly, so annoying.
@GouldsCollectibles: UPS is recognized - we use it on occasion without issue.
What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens UPS's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively). It has been suggested to not mention Star Seller but keep the conversation to an incorrect tracking issue.
It that does not work, have you confirmed that the shipping company (in this case UPS) and the tracking number are entered correctly on the actual order? An invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
Off-topic, but important.
Be sure to check if you need permissions to sell those portraits and use these names (Frida Kahlo and others). Many of them may be copyrighted/trademarked.
You should do a Kerouac, Ginsberg, Burroughs, Corso, Ferlingetti (or some another mid-century beat writer) and I would buy that poster! Otherwise, I have no advice for your issue other than to make sure your shipping profiles are accurate.
