Star Seller - Getting Dinged for Missing Tracking Info on orders that do not require tracking

Hi I wanted to understand why we are getting dinged towards our star seller status on not providing tracking info when Etsy only requires tracking on items $10 or more? 

Why would we get dinged if we were shipping out a letter envelope with a standard stamp under $10 sell price?

All orders in US$ require tracking for star seller.

There is no threshold.

The $10 tracking threshold is for streamlined US shipping and is something completely different.

Star seller requires tracking on all packages. It's a different requirement from Etsy that requires tracking on orders of $10 or more.

You will also lose it permanently when Etsy sees all your listings are trademark infringements.
