Star seller has an error on my account not showing the badge for this month. It is saying I did not ship 2 orders in time or did not put in the tracking number. I shipped the orders faster than estimated time and the tracking number was put in the order. Also for projected October it is showing those 2 orders as shipped on time with shipping number. This needs to be resolved.
Did you ship them near the end of August?
yes they were shipped on the 31st.
@Sarahkeepscrafting: When were the packages first scanned? What did the previous period (for September Star) CSV file say about those two orders? Often a tracking number cannot be validated for Star Seller until after the first scan is publicly available - then there is the lag of the tracking being validated and the stats being updated. Star Seller is not live data but seems to be updated once per day.
