I am a very small seller in Canada so the amount of orders and volume of $$ I make is relatively small, therefore I am punished for this apparently. One would think Etsy would appreciate any sales a seller would make for them.
Then with regard to dispatch and tracking, I am sitting at 57% even though I have NEVER missed a shipping date in over 270 orders. However, this is due to the "tracking" feature. Perhaps Etsy should know that Canadian sellers don't have tracking available to them on regular mail that is shipped. It is only when insured parcels are shipped that tracking is available. Most buyers don't want to pay the extra cost for tracking, and I don't blame them, because it is super expensive - at least double to triple the regular price of shipping
It seems Etsy is focusing on their US sellers and leaving the rest of us behind.

I just had this happen - and am not happy about it. Do I turn off shipping to US? That doesn't seem right. And NO ONE will pay $20 to ship a $10 item. Simply for tracking. I actually put in a tracking number (not real) and it still dung me. I seem to be able to get away with that within Canada but not to the US. UGH
Anyone know a work around? The item was $16. Guess I will have to reduce it to $15. Maybe that will work. That said I have several small items around $20 and $4 shipping. They will ruin my super seller status.
