I have to be very careful to dispatch early.
I live in Australia. Depending on which screen I am on, or whether I am looking at an Order Receipt, I get different days shown as the current day, and the dispatch by date.
If the system cannot be consistent, how then can I be penalised for not dispatching on time.
Please review your days/times for overseas users. The conversion from US to Australian time is all over the place! If it's going to be wrong, at least be consistently wrong!
I use a desktop for managing my orders.
Unfortunately the Help Center article that says to post here is incorrect.

it says "Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."
But they changed this to a peer to peer support forum a few years ago so it's just us sellers here sadly. Occasionally an admin will pop in if there is a major issue going on but generally it's just us sellers. If you need more help from etsy support you will need to contact them again but be sure to select the email option. Live chat and phone call back support are just a call center and just repeat the same incorrect info from Help Center. Opting for email support will get you to an actual etsy employee eventually vs the call center folks.
