Star Seller Delivery % Decreasing

I've noticed that my star seller on time and tracking is lowering. I dispatch all orders on time so checked with the CSV and it has tracking info missing, when I inputted the order numbers and check against my Royal Mail click and drop account, all have tracking as I ship RM24 or RM48 so they have QR codes. I've inputted the first 10 which Etsy state have missing tracking and all have tracking numbers assigned. It looks like I'll miss out on star seller if this continues, which would be such a shame. I very rarely contact etsy just work hard to make a profitable shop but looking for advice on how this technical issue can be resolved? Many thanks

We've double-checked some of the orders that are affecting your Star Seller and it seems that they don't have a tracking number added to them. As a seller from the United Kingdom, you'll need to add a valid tracking number to orders with a value of £10 and above. You can double-check these orders by downloading a CSV file. Go to Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > select the On-time shipping & tracking tile > select the ‘Download Order history’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.

 

On the other hand, if you're using an Integration to add the tracking number to your orders. You can contact the Integration provider directly to investigate the specific issue.

Hello there,

When you connected the Integration to your shop, you granted them permission to access some of the data in your shop and make changes. With these types of services, Etsy isn’t the party that exports or imports data. Instead, it’s up to the Integration to ensure that they are successfully making requests to our server to retrieve and configure information. For this reason, any further troubleshooting would be best addressed by their team.

In the meantime, you're welcome to manually add the tracking number on those orders. You may check out this Help Article for more information.

Yes I do use an integration Royal Mail click and drop, however all of the listings which say 'no tracking assigned' have tracking attached to them as I use RM24 or RM48 which is a fully tracked service and when I allocated the order number to the name and then the click and drop account, every one had tracking. It seems totally random which ones have the tracking missing too. I did recently unlink and then relink when there was an etsy update which I did with all of my integrations. I just wanted to check why this might be as it would be annoying if I lost my star seller based on the CSV not seeing the tracking numbers. Many thanks for your time and assistance its very much appreciated. I never contact etsy but for some reason start seller felt like a little virtual pat on the back and I wanted to try and keep it but what will be will be. Best Wishes Fiona

I've now gone under the star seller threshold which is annoying as I feel like this is an automation issue not particular to my service. Can you tell me which ones dont have tracking as I see via the CSV that all the dispatches under £10 dont have tracking even though when I look at the dispatch notification to the customer does and it does when i look at the actual order too. Your assistance is very much appreciated as with every dispatch since the update my % falls

I think there was a issue RM click and drop and not registering some tracking on my sales and thus looks like it went without tracking, how do I resolve this any ideas?

I have the same issue all items under the value of £10, and I ship all my items RM 24 or RM 48 which are fully trackable services. Unfortunately since the etsy update recently and we relinked my RM OBA account ever time I dispatch and the auotmation send the customer the tracking the CSV is not updated. I send on average 20 to 40 items a day so to allocate each tracking number is impossible. Ive now just gone under the threshold of star seller through no fault of my own. Ive also contacted RM who state that they are providing tracking and when I cross check the non tracked items on the CSV to the actually dispatched orders all have tracking.

@mugshotmugscouk: Depending on when you marked the order complete there is a short window of time when you can edit or add tracking information.

Many thanks for your support, I've started a case with Royal Mail click and drop and will now look through my orders to see if there are any with missing order numbers and add them. Your help is very much appreciated. Fingers crossed I maintain star seller
