Star Seller - Completed order

Hi there,

My star seller is showing an order late with no tracking number.  When I go to order, the tracking number is there and showing updates.

How can I fix this?  Everything is 100% on my Star Seller but now this just screwed it up!

Did you use an Etsy label?

No, I use Pirate Ship.  The rates are very low for USPS 1st Class, sometimes 1/2 the price as going to the post office.  

I may look into the Etsy rates.  I know Etsy and Amazon both offer shipping rates for my product.

@CustomQuillingByLisa: There are quite a few threads in this forum about your very issue. How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Often the CSV file is often behind reality. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats will auto update.
