Even though I have exceeded all sales and customer service standards for the 1st February - 30th April I have lost my Star Seller badge. I don't have an overdue bill and meet all the other Star Seller Terms and Conditions so I would really like to know why I have lost Star Seller. If there is something I have missed as the reason for losing the badge then that's fine but if this is some sort of a technical error then it needs fixing.
Did you make the minimum $ value and number of sales during the 3 month assessment period? For US shops that is $300 and 5 sales, not sure what the UK numbers are, but they are probably similar. If you miss either of these targets, you get no badges at all, and as there are none showing in your shop at the moment that may be the reason. If you check the Previous Period stats, and download the CSV files it will spell out exactly where you fell short.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. It is the value of sales I didn't meet although I exceeded the minimum number of orders. For some reason I thought it was either more than 5 sales or £225 in sales.
I have 100% Messages, 100% Dispatch and Tracking, 5.0 Average Review and no cases at all.
