I reply to buyers within 3 minutes of their order and within a few hours if they message me. I have always gotten a badge for communication. Now my number is at 67%. That makes NO sense. What’s going on!
Go to your dashboard and your star seller page there and down load the report.. it will show you exactly where Etsy shows the problem-- if you have the records to back it up that you are correct-- then contact Etsy with your screen shots.. they are the only ones who can correct any mistakes-- we are just other sellers here.

There is no published eMail address or phone number for Etsy customer service.
As an aside, you need to include the licensing information for all of the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in your listing, otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. And a buyer could file a not as described case against you and both get their money back and keep the item. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally and people in the forum will be to help you.

Have you had any other messages besides those from customers? SS requires you to answer ALL new messages within 24 hrs, or mark them as spam if applicable. That not only includes messages from buyers, but also messages from sellers as well. You can't ignore or just delete a new message. Either reply , or mark as scam.

contacting them through an order, is NOT replying to a message thread.
Someone probably responded to your message you sent through the order, and you dd not reply to that new message thread,
if you contact them through the order, just stop doing it, etsy has already contacted them, they don' need anything else, if you think they do, add it to the order message, that etsy sends out, don't send something else
If you download the csv, you will see which new message THREAD you did not reply to
Your shop is filled with IP infringement - maybe that's why you are having problems.
Did you get a message from another seller you bought from, thanking you and you did not reply, did you get a refund request and you wrote a note on the refund instead of answering the message? Or did you get a spam message and ignore it, or delete it rather than put in SPAM folder.
