Hello Etsy's Team and Sellers,
I am here because i have an issue with Star Seller Program,Despite meeting all criteria i have 1 - 2 badges right now but still not provided star badges and right now my message response rate is 100 % but on 1st january i have not provided one badges even and for good performing i worked hard with my team .
I have my own boutique with many employees and we doing good craftmanship and giving best buying experieces to all buyers and for maintain star badges we working day and night and thats why its honestly discouraging for us to not receiving badges even we worth for it and we earned it
Star seller is a best way to keep us for best work and building trust with customers and may i know why its not provided ?
Hopyfully for reliable response from etsy and hope they understand our hardwork ....

@RudrafashionBoutique you're not showing any badges. That usually means you haven't met the 'hidden' criteria - number of sales AND revenue amount over the qualifying period. If you don't meet those 2 criteria, none of your badges will show. It can also mean that somewhere/somehow you violated the rules and Etsy has excluded you from the program. If the latter, they should have send you an email or message about it.
@SuperiorScrubCaps you only have the reviews badge. Check that all the relevant orders have tracking. Also check your spam folder for missing messages. Etsy has been putting not-spam messages automatically into the spam folder. There is a CSV you can download for messages.
When you click your Customer Service Stats on your Dashboard, what do the percentages in the 3 categories show?
I looked at your reviews and unless my foggy brain cannot do math this morning very possible!), it seems that your reviews rating is 4.8, so you should at least have that badge.
Good luck getting some answers. Your dashboard should help you figure it out a bit.

"... i have 1 - 2 badges right now ..." Your shop home page is not showing any badges. Not ignoring the possibility of an Etsy glitch, but there are other reasons for a shop not receiving their badges besides failure to meet the Star Seller criteria.

In the tab of "Previous Period" the message response rate was 95%.
May i know the other reason for not receiving badges please ?

I appear to be having the same or similar issue. My shop has also met all the requirements for the Star Seller status— or at minimum should have all badges for on-time shipping, excellent reviews, and quick responses. However, I still haven't received the status nor have my badges been added as of Jan 1 for the previous review period, and I’m unsure why. Could someone please assist with understand what might be missing or if there’s anything else I need to do? Or the possibility of an Etsy glitch??
