My message response rate is down because it says I did not respond in 24 hours to one message. When I downloaded the message history it shows the one message I did not respond to is a message in a thread. I responded right away to the initial message. To my understanding the 24 hour reply they are looking for only has to do with the initial message, not one in the thread. Am I understanding this right? Has anyone else dealt with this? Thank you

My understanding is the same as you.  Any time you are not the Initiator of a Message, you must respond or Mark as Spam. It counts for the first Message in the Thread, but not ongoing Messages within that Thread. Unless for some reason that other Message came as a Help Request.
