Star Seller Badge

Hey all, I reached the criteria for a star seller badge for review period: 01 April–30 June, 2023, yet it says I did not make it for June, while the month has not yet ended.
I do not understand . It says next chance to qualify is July 1st.

Can someone please have a look at this and explain to me what is going on?

The review period 01 April–30 June, 2023 is the current review period--which means come 1st July you will get the star seller badge as long as you remain on track. To have star seller currently, you needed to gain it during the last review period which was 01 March–31 May, 2023

@JewelrybyMEOW: Star Seller and related badges are calculated and awarded only on the First of the Month. June Star was calculated on June 1 2023, July Star will be calculated on July 1 2023. Star and badges are not awarded mid-month.

When was your first sale? You are a new shop, so just putting this out there in case it applies to you. 

You are not eligible until 90 days have passed from your first sale. 

For example, if your first sale was March 5th, then your 90 day mark would be June 5th. 

But since SS is not calculated mid-month, July is the first time you would actually be eligible.

My first sale was on February. For June I had 7 orders and all other criteria also fulfilled, the current status says “Your July progress: on track” so from what I understand I should get the June star in July.

@JewelrybyMEOW , The June star has already been given out. It sounds like you are on track for the July star and may get the July SSB. You can check your star seller status in your shop manager>star seller.
