etsy gives named ranks to shops, depending on how they respond in forums, they list them all here

For star seller, if you want to see which ones etsy thinks you've missed, you can download the csv's

We are just other sellers here so cannot help you. Did you download the CSV so you could see which orders they are talking about? 

Etsy has said they will not manually review the star seller metrics.

"Inspiration Seeker" is just a silly name they give, I think to forum posters who have not posted in the past
