Hi guys,
I spoke with Kash in the customer support chat and as my Star Seller badge is not displaying on my store even though I was emailed congratulating me on it's attainment. I have looked at the customer service stats and can't see where I have not.
Kash confirmed that this is a tech issue and to contact you guys as chat support can not manually change the settings to display my badge.

Hi, Chat often refers people to the Forum, but we can't help with things only Etsy can. I see you have the 2 Badges. When you go to "Customer Service Stats", and select "Previous period" does it give you any specifics? Maybe for Sales No. (should be 5) and Sales Amount ($300.00). But usually if you don't achieve that, you don't get the Individual Badges (which you have).

Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). Support and the Virtual Assistant appear to be trained to send people to the forum as soon as 'Star Seller' is mentioned as they do not have the authority or ability to manually adjust Star Seller stats.
You are missing the Messaging badge. Have you looked to see what Etsy though your reply percentage was on September 1st (you need to look at Previous Review Period)?
