I received an email mentioning my shipping data is meeting 93% when I have shipped all my orders much before the deadline. In the CSV, there is one entry which has no tracking information but that is where the problem is. I did send out the tracking info to the buyer and it is visible under messages. If it were to be rectified, I could get the Star Seller Badge! There is no way to write this to the support team. Can the technical team help?
The tracking number has to be in the order for it to count, not in a message to the buyer. So did you fill in the box with the carrier and tracking number? If you added it later, did you do it within 3 days? If not then the shipment does not qualify even if tracking is updated later.
Etsy has said they will not change star seller metrics.
