Star Seller Badge Removed - no explanation / reply available from Etsy Support

Earlier in the year I had my Star Seller badge removed for a policy violation. I kept my shop in good standing and eventually my star seller was re-awarded. In July this year I used holiday mode for 4 days. On switching off holiday mode, once again my star seller had been removed. After three weeks of conversations to Etsy Support to highlight this, I was eventually told that Etsy Trust and Safety had sent me an email in July 24 about a policy violation which was the reason for the removal of my badge. I did not receive an email from Etsy Trust and Safety re policy violation. i do not have any listings deactivated. I have emailed Etsy support 4 times to request a copy of the email I was allegedly sent by Etsy Trust and Safety to clarify what it is that I have done, however have received no response. I can only assume that the email does not exist. My Star Seller is still suspended whilst the reason remains unanswered. I have asked for someone to phone me to discuss but again silence. It is beyond frustrating. I work my socks off and bend over backwards to keep my stats in order, however my star seller has been removed without any reason...... I wonder if it is a technical issue related to me using holiday mode - any one experienced this and how did you get it resolved?

Have you downloaded the individual CSV files for each component of the badge?  They will tell you where Etsy believes you fell short.  I have always found them to be accurate, if a little unforgiving.

Thank you.  However my star seller stats show that my shop has achieved the star seller badge.  However it was subsequently removed by Etsy.  They say that this is because I violated a policy in July and was sent an email from Trust and Safety to explain.  However I did not receive an email from Trust and Safety.  I have asked Etsy Support several times for a copy of the email but they have been unable to provide it.  (So I achieved my star seller, then Etsy removed it, but they are unable to provide detailed info on why they took it away).
