Star Seller Badge Not Awarded for September

I met all categories with 100% except for the shipping category.  There was one listing that shows on the report that this listing did not have a tracking number added but the tracking number was added less than 24 hours after the order was placed by the buyer.  All of my other orders were shipped using FedEx.  This one order was shipped using USPS because it was being sent to a PO Box.  I have the email sent to the buyer that shows I added the shipping and completed the order in less than 24 hours after it was placed.   This listing shows that the order will ship in 1-3 days, so I this order qualifies and this category should also be 100% earned like the others.  This is very disappointing, as I worked VERY hard to qualify in all categories so that I would have the Star Seller badge going into the holiday season.  I used multiple ad campaings as well as offering sales.  Can someone please help with this?  Thank you.

Did you add the tracking number through Etsy when you marked it as complete? (You mention an email to the buyer, but that's not important to Etsy.)
There have been some glitches -- you can search the forum over the past week or so to find them. Etsy says they're looking into it, but I highly doubt they'll fix anything retroactively.

If it's any consolation, I think you'll get just as many orders without the badge as with it -- that's been my experience, at least.

Yes,  the last order I received was the order that said on the report that tracking information was not entered but I did enter it and completed the transaction.  The order was placed on 8/30 and I entered the tracking number and completed the order on 8/31.  The listing has a time from of 1-3 days to be shipped.  Thanks for your response.

@DeborahRoyPhotoArt  :  Was the package scanned? At some point, if the package is never scanned it will revert to being considered as not shipped with tracking. Have you checked that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) based on the information on the order.

Yes, it showed that it had been received by the FedEx facility on 8/31.  Thanks for your response.  I think I will just have to accept this as a glitch.  This was the very last order I received in August on 8/30.   I had already reached the star seller criteria with 100% all categories.  Also, right now, for October criteria I am seeing 100% again for all catetories, which is strange to me considering I didnt eartn it with the very last order not an order in June.

I've heard that transactions made on the last 1 or 2 days of the month don't always make it into the next month's star seller.

I'm sure others have mentioned that measurements aren't included from the very last day of the month - which might mean that you're tracking added on 31st August wasn't included? That would be very unfair though.

@DeborahRoyPhotoArt  :  First, you have entered the dreaded time zone trap. It seems that Etsy uses UTC for most things, but many "reports" are based on your time zone. August 31 to you may be September 1 to Etsy. Secondly, looking at other posts in this forum it seems that the last few days of a month routinely get rolled into the next month when doing Star Seller calculations.
