Star Seller Badge Incorrectly Calcluated

I'm looking for help with the Star Seller badge and a response rate based on 2 messages it is saying I didn't respond to.

I downloaded my message history on the Star Seller page and it shows the names of the people saying I didn't respond to. 

1.) One message was a spam message that I didn't mark as spam and it was on June 14th. I"m trying to go back and mark it as spam, but it isn't letting me.

2.) The other it shows that I was the initiator in the messages to check on delivery. Not her. 

How can I get help reestablishing Star Seller? I had no idea I was even out Star Seller until just this month. 

For me to get to Star Seller again I would have to answer another 17 messages to a 37/39 or 95% rate. Because right now I'm sitting at 16/18 or 89%.

The badge is due to be awarded tomorrow.

The last 2 days of the month are not calculated for messages, to allow the full 24 hours to reply.

1) Go into the message, hit the mark as spam button. Nothing happens on the message itself. Coming out of the message to inbox, and then into spam messages should show it there. It is not an obvious system like emails, when usually you mark as spam and it closes the message and instantly moves it. There's no obvious sign when you mark as spam on etsy, that it's done anything.

Is there a way to dispute the other one? It’s says I didn’t respond within 24 hours, but I was the initiator of the message to check on delivery and her response was to tell me she got it.

Mark her reply spam.

I checked and the spam message updated, so star seller showed up for this month, however the other one is still showing as not responded in 24 hours, so it’s showing that for next month my stats are in jeopardy. I just want to know if there’s a way to dispute it since it’s not accurate.

There is no way to dispute even if it is an Etsy error.  If you messaged her not via the convo/message page and she relied as a convo/ message, the system will count that as a first message.

When I was trying to reach this threshold - I asked my my husband, sisters, and best friends to send me a message on Etsy that I could respond to immediately..worked like a charm! Maybe reach out to friends on social media asking anyone with an Etsy account to send you a message?
