Hi, My Star Seller account is not updating. Three days ago, I received two new messages that I replied to within less than 24 hours. But when I check, I do not see them counted.

We've double-checked your Star Seller and all the messages you've received on your shop. We can then confirm that the two recent messages were counted towards your Star Seller. You may want to download the CSV file of your Message Response Rate. You can go to Shop Manager > dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > select the Message response rate tile > select the Export link called "Download Message History"
