Star Criteria misrepresented by Etsy platform

I consistently meet the Star Criteria yet it does not appear on my site this is inclined to reduce my potential to achieve further goals which remain unrewarded by degrading my work ethic.

You have to contact Etsy if you feel your stats are wrong. You should be able to dive in and see where the errors are if you download the SS reports. Note there are also minimum sales and dollar value criteria. Do you meet those?

It looks like you're not responding to all messages as you have the other two badges.  Download the messages CSV and that will tell you what you didn't respond to.

Don't let it degrade your mental health as well. Join the many who have already released their worries over the SS badge.

Then let go of the goal to obtain the star seller badge.  It doesn't translate into money or anything else.  It is like getting a gold star in school or a certificate of participation at the playground.  It means nothing unless you think it means something.  And adults usually don't.  Etsy obviously does or they wouldn't have instituted this program but most sellers just run their shops and ignore the star.

you don't have the messages one,

download the csv, to see which ones etsy thinks you've missed.

You have to respond at least once, to every thread, even if the person starts another thread,

and if it's a seller sending you a thank you message

You have to respond to ALL messages. Even when it was a duplicate message that needed no reply, even when it was in response to you as a buyer.
