I had someone purchase our recycled brown kraft bags for her event. She didn't read the entire description and made the purchase without issue. I did the preview, she approved and it was shipped out very quickly. Next thing I know she gave me a one star review because she didn't actually read the description and blamed me because she "thought" the bags were wax lined. None of my items are lined, nor are they presented to be so.
How can ETSY fix my star status which is not the result of me doing anything incorrectly? This is the first time this has happened in my shop.
That won't qualify for removal. Etsy wo't "fix" it unless it meets certain requirements:

You can craft a polite response, but it locks the review in
I don't see a one star review in your shop. Did the buyer change it?
If I'm overlooking it, you can see if the buyer will change it. Ask once, and ask as nicely as possible.
If they don't change it, there isn't anything etsy will do for you for this type of feedback. Bad feedback--even if it's full of incorrect statements, lies, etc.--is something every shop can and will get given enough time here.
If it ends up causing you to lose the badge, it can be earned back.
You only have 3 reviews this year. All 3 are 5 star.
All 3 were back in April and May.
???????
I see no one star reviews
This is like the twilight zone!
It looks like we have been trolled big time unless this seller has two shops selling the same thing and she is referring to the other shop.
Stella or Sharon should come back and solve the puzzle for us, imo.
I see no 1 star review
I do see listings with mockups, , which is no longer allowed in handmade, I would remove all mockup pictures asap
I found a 1 star from 2018. That would not effect your Star Seller status
I also found a 3 star from 2021...buyer says it was fast, perfect, and just what she wanted. That sound more like a 5 star review to me.
