Square not syncing even after disconnecting and reconnecting

I have been trying to sync my square account as it was last synced in December and kept failing. I disconnected and reconnected the account as I saw that as potential solution in an older now closed thread, but that has not worked and it now says "last synced: never". I have markets coming up later this month and don't know what to do. Any assistance is appreciated.

Same here! I contacted Square about it and they said Etsy has to handle this. I haven't found info. anywhere about how to contact them and how to resolve it.
