I sell both in person and on Etsy and thought that syncing to square would be helpful. What has ended up happening is that all of my inventory gets deleted. When I sync through Etsy it removes everything! I have disconnected from square and tried to reconnect. How do you get this to work?
I've gone through and manually entered the numbers in square so it matches what is on Etsy. Before a show I have synced...it removed all of the manual work and made everything to zero. HELP
