I have had 100% response rate all month, but I have yet to receive a speedy reply badge. Is anyone else having this issue?
It's for 3 months, not one.
There is also a $300 minimum in sales for those 3 months to get badges. As low as your items are priced, you may drop below that minimum.
It's 100% for the last 3 months.
@RavenmadeDigitals: Keep in mind that Star Seller badges are only calculated and awarded on the first of the month using data from the previous three month period. The badges on display right now are from the April 1st calculation and the supporting data is on the 'Previous Review Period' of your Customer Service page.

Have you downloaded your messages CSV to see where the issue is?
@CatsWhiskersCuriosYes. I have received 69 messages for this period and have a yes in the "replied within 24 hours" for all.
I may just be mistaken, but I thought that I received the rave reviews badge in the middle of a month, so I thought the speedy reply badge would be the same.
If you've received enough of everything in all categories, then you should be fine on May 1 but everyone has a good point in that you can't just consider the past 30 days.
Also, do keep in mind that Etsy has said they won't issue any corrections to the star seller program badges if anything is incorrect so I wouldn't spend a lot of effort and energy worrying about it.
