Spam and question to ETSY

Hi everybody,

After each new listing I receive message  from SellerVerify with  request to verify my store. 

I understand that they aren't Etsy, I mark each message as spam. But with new listing I get this message again and again.

My question is - what does Etsy do with such companies, which disguise themselves as Etsy?

Do you have similar problems?

Etsy takes them down as fast as they can and they post warnings about the scams. Some people are still falling for them and going off Etsy to continue talking to the scammers.

I'm very sorry you're getting bombarded with scammers. There is an infestation of them, and you are correct; oftentimes their Messages show up after someone has listed an item/s. You don't expect something like this, and certainly not to this level. I don't know if it's related to the App, but many Sellers have been ripped off, and those are the ones who come to the Forums. I can't even imagine the ones who don't.
