Spam Favorites?

As much as I'd love to have an interested buyer favorite 50+ things in my shop, I think it's spam / bots.

Any way to stop this? Report to Etsy (hah?)

You can't stop people from favorites.

Sure, but's not "people" ... it's a hollow account filled with other 345,000+ favorites. My concerns are messing with metrics that Etsy tracks (lots of favorites/views but NO sales on those same products can mess with a listing/store 's quality score.

I don't see any reason that you would really need to be concerned about favorites or stopping them.  They don't really mean anything to the seller only to the person that is marking it as a favorite.

I typically pay zero attention to them because they don't show me any information of value.

There's nothing to report and you can't stop someone from doing this.

People favorite items for a lot of reasons and buying that item might not be why they favorited it. 
Maybe their comparing similar items from other shops.

@theCopperPoppy  If they are just given faves and not viewing/visiting, it won't affect your conversion rate.
