‘Sorry the account associated with this email address is closed’

so I am logged into my account on my Etsy app on my iPhone. When I try to login on my computer, it says ‘you may be unable to access your account’

I click forgot your password so that I can reset my password. To see if that’s the issue.

and when I submit my email that is associated with my account. It says, ‘ sorry, the account associated with that email address is closed‘

I have no way of reaching Etsy, so I am at a loss

Very odd. I can see your shop so the shop is open (I'm on laptop). Not an expert but I'd open a ticket with Etsy ASAP.

I know we used to be able to sign in using our shop name or user name instead of the email--have you tried that?  And yes, your shop appears to be open and operating so it is not that the shop or account is closed.
