Sorry Etsy but what is happening with stats?

It's not been this bad since I started Etsy.

Please help us recover.

I can't go on like this.

Are promos for only high price sellers? 

Sellers that have outside stores that are not handmade?

I don't understand  who is chosen in or not as in the forums it seems sellers are

closed down for not being hand made.

Based on my category, I am not sure it's the same?

Please help me understand the difference as I can't keep going based on 

the views.

I got a etsy feedback on "your doing great?"  keep going how can I keep going with

views that are in the 15-50 range?   How is that great in the last few weeks.

AI  stats?  Call me crazy but I'm not doing great, I'm doing barely surviving or not.

Right, don’t you love it when you get the”you’re doing great” message when it’s beyond pitiful.  I know it’s not personal, but it really feels terrible.  Barely surviving is absolutely correct.
