Some listing images doesn't show up on PATTERN site

In the listing manager we have the options, to publish the listing on Etsy, on Pattern, or on both.

I have about a dozen listings that are only listed in my Patter site. However, recently and sadly (because I could have missed sale) I've noticed that in all the listings that are listed only on Pattern site, the actual images doesn't show up.

I have contacted support, but no one got back to me yet. Anyone know about this glitch?

@TaorminaJewelry: This has been reported numerous times in this forum and seems to be theme related. You may want to search this forum for other threads, some have some suggestions on how to get around this.

Yes, same issue with me as well. I see your post was from Feb. Mine is in April.
