Mi tienda no puede vender nada. No Aparece el botón De compra y si aparece los clientes compran y al poco tiempo les devuelven el dinero y no se registra ninguna compra. No he sido notificado con algún problema y por consiguiente no se si se está revisando lo que sucede con mi tienda

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.

You added your first listing 3 days ago.  It'll take a little longer than that to start seeing any views or sales.  Also, you have just three listings in a very crowded market of digital invitations.  Your titles aren't helping either.

Your shop location, United States, is questionable. 

The buy now button doesn't show when a seller views their own listings.  The 'add to cart' button also won't work if you try to add your own items to your cart.

The orders you think you're receiving are scams.

@Valensartisticdesign: Most likely these are scam attempts against your shops. New shops, and particularly incomplete ones like yours, are prime targets for these scammers.
