I noticed I had an order but no email of confirmation. The order also was something not available that was previously sold and should have been automatically removed from my listings. Being a diligent seller a refund it person but not sure the sale is real. After I refunded them I noticed it said this order not eligible for a refund. Can someone help me find out what the heck is going on? And also I cannot locate anywhere to speak to anyone on Etsy

I am a seller, and need help !!!!!!!
This has been happening to a lot of us this past year. Some days I get them, some days I don't. Even happens to deposit emails. I have done chat, done emails, and no help ever given. They say it is on my end with my email provider. They tell me to check my spam but NOTHING is there. I have just gotten in the habit of checking my shops a few times a day. Also if you have the app on your phone - those notifications always come thru to let you know about orders. No help, I am sorry, but only can offer a work around.
@VintageLoveAntiques Go to your Dashboard, Community & Help, Contact Us. That is the only way to reach Etsy support.
@VintageLoveAntiques: This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
This has just started happening to me
this is a thread from 22.
You are a starseller and should have a blue icon in your dashboard on the right bottom, which offers a direct chat with Etsy.-
Click it and follow instructions, and present your problem. I'm sure you will receive some help with this.
Best wishes.
Regarding not getting an email, I only get emails for about half the sales I make. I just checked my shop dashboard every day.
Regarding the item that shouldn’t have been available for sale, I would just send the customer a message explaining that this was a glitch from Etsy and that the item is no longer available you are canceling the sale
