Sold Order page printing with question marks

When I printed my sold order page, it printed with lines of question marks above each line of text.

Example:  ???????????????

                   Mary Weston

                   Address

                    City

This shows up above almost every line of text, for example, product name, buyer's name and address, shipping method, etc.

Is this a glitch anyone else is experiencing?  Info is correct, just added lines of question marks added.

I've had that happen. I turned off my printer, then logged out of Etsy. Reverse the procedure and try again.

This is a common occurrence when an order comes in from an International buyer who purchased through a "service" and they have item shipped through the "services" warehouse.  When this happens, the packing slip will print out with ? marks.  There is nothing you can do to fix it, and Int'l buyers totally understand it.  There are a few warehouses in Oregon that Japanese buyers will commonly purchase / ship through.  I am sure there are several others around the US too.

@YesterdaysGold: This usually means that the document is using a font that is not on your system and which it cannot substitute for - this often includes some foreign languages.
