Sold Number Not Updating

Hello!

I recently made 2 sales today from 1 customer. The amount of items sold automatically updates after the customer places their order and it goes through. 

And yes, I received app notification, the email confirmation, and it shows up in my new Orders & Shipping tab. The order went through perfectly fine. 

I counted all the orders I have individually in my completed section and it's right: 48 sales (including 3 in-person sales) making it 51 sales, and now 2 sales that will be completed once I package and ship them. So in total I should have 53 sales. But it's still sitting at 51. 

Is anyone else having this issue?

Just wanted to update this post, my issue resolved itself. But beforehand I did call the Etsy customer support and told them about my issue. They were very helpful and explained to me how it could be the result of two things:

(1) That sometimes orders that are placed after 3:00pm (mine was too) will need awhile to update on the dashboard.

(2) That and since my order has yet to be shipped out, the issue may fix after the order after I've done so. 

I believe it was the ladder, the problem just fixed itself after it had time to update.
