I just happened to notice while doing a little clean-up on my shop, that two items that I had sold and mailed within the last couple of weeks were still available for sale. Etsy had not taken the listing down when they were sold. I went through the complete Etsy program when the purchase was made, they paid through Etsy, I bought the postage from Etsy, and the items have been delivered. I deleted them manually so they are out of my shop, but I now feel I have to double-check every sale to make sure Etsy is not still listing them as available.
@PastTimesPastimes Hi, By chance, did those items have Automatic Renewal (instead of Manual)? Some Sellers have had that default switch on its own accord, so they go in regularly to change it to Manual Renewal. Do you think this is what happened to you? Also it may have had a Qty. greater than 1.
Hope this helps in some way.
Hi, I now have a second listing that sold on the 14th and it is still listed for sale in my shop. I haven't deleted it because I thought it might lower my number of sales. Can you tell me what to do. I have automatic renewal.
Thanks,
@LyndaBandCo Deleting the listing will not reduce the number of sales that you already have.
I have had Manual renewal on everything always. Also, there is only one of a kind of these items. After I posted the above, I went back through my sold items, and found three more that were still listed as available on Etsy. I manually deleted them.
