I was checking feedback on a shop who has 359 reviews.  Etsy would only load 5 for me to view.  Second and quite concerning, I am trying to buy something using the phone app and when i go to add something to cart it gives me an error "429 Too Many Attempts".  I have seen this before with Etsy but did not pay much attention until now being as slow as it is.  I can't buy from this seller.  So what gives Etsy??  Please get your "*****" together and stop messing with your sellers livlihoods!  Anyone know what this error is and why ALL reviews are not shown?

P.S.  I am fully aware that Etsy does not read this board but I am venting so no need to remind me.

someone mentioned the error "429 Too Many Attempts" on the 1st of may online, guess this is still an issue that Etsy has not looked at

I cannot login to my estsy store or the site at all from one of my computers. I get the "429 too many requests" message and do not knpw how to resolve.  ESTY!!!

try restarting your computer and a different browser and see if it goes.

Do you have a VPN?    Etsy is not friendly to those - usually if you disable it, you can load immediately.

@DigitzbyDesign @SaintCroixEssential  : Do not know if this applies to your situation but some reports in this forum have linked the 429 error to VPN usage.

If you’re trying to purchase from your phone just switch to a browser app like Chrome or Safari.
