Sidebar Glitch Needs a Fix

The sidebar abandon coupon from another seller says: "Special offer on an item in your cart!"  

I have nothing in my cart. 

So why am I seeing this?

Going on 4 days with this glitch.  Sidebar for abandon cart discount with nothing in my cart.

@PrairiePrimitives  I'm still getting the special offer sidebar for your shop's June discount. This is ridiculous that it hasn't gone away. I have nothing in my cart.  The offer expires on January 2nd. I hope I don't have to deal with this until then.

@SugarTaffySoap Thanks for the update! If it expires on January 2nd, that's when Etsy will end it. I couldn't find anywhere that I'd specified an end date. 

So the 2 carts that my jars are in are "real" potential customers. YAY!

I had the same issue a few months ago. My cart was empty and had been for weeks then all of a sudden I started getting the pop out notification for something I had carted for about 5 minutes weeks ago. (I was checking something for another seller posting here.)

It did eventually go away but it took about a month.

I am one of the two ... so the 2 carts does not mean "real potential customers". You initially had "0" for the jars when you posted about the issue you were having and I added jars to cart to check for you. However, it's inaccurate because my cart is empty. So you may have one but not two.

10 days and still see the sidebar for another shops discount, yet nothing in my cart. Glitch needs a fix.

Asidebar abandon cart coupon from another seller's shop says: "Special offer on an item in your cart!" . I have nothing in my cart.  This has been going on since November 4, today's the 14th.

The coupon slide out that I've had since 11/4/24 now says: Hurry! Shop this one while it lasts. view cart and check out.

No one at Etsy knows how to delete the slide-out coupon from my shop. It should be noted that a seller who posted in 2023 said a technician did fix her glitch, which is the same glitch I have.  She had a coupon sliding out for 2 months!
