I have the feature to show sold listings enabled on my shop. However, you can no longer click on Sales from the store main page and view the sold listings. It doesn't work from desktop web browser or mobile web browser. My friend, who likes to keep tabs on my sales and discuss them with me utilizes this function daily. It's been disabled for the last couple days now.
With the new shopfront layout, the sales # under the shop name isn't clickable. The sales # in the About section was never clickable. You have to go to the #### sales link on the left side of the page, under the Shop Sections. That's still clickable and I can see your sold pages.
Interesting. I always just clicked on sales next to reviews at the top of the shop page next to my logo and shop name. That always took me to my sold listings. I had no idea there was a link at the bottom of the shop sections. I guess that will work.
Hi, I can’t find the ###sales link under the shop sections, only reviews. Can you see my sold listings? I requested help from Etsy support and they just kept telling me to enable it in my settings, which I did. They never said they changed the layout or features :(. Thank you!

@HummingbirdGlassArt Yes, I can see your sold listings. The link is on the left side (under the list of sections) and if you click the "161 sales" link it will display thumbnails of the sold listings. You can click the thumbnail picture and it will bring up Item Details - that shows your original listing.
# of Sales AND # of Admirers ... found right under your shop sections ... both link are clickable.
Same for me. I always used this function to find my sold items for packaging and despatch purposes. When you have over 1,000 items listed it’s easy to look at the sold photos to find which ones need packing. In the orders page all you get is a tiny thumbnail with a sold sticker over the top. So annoying I can’t now just look at what’s sold to find items.
you used to be able to click from two places on your shop front page
Etsy changed the header bit, so now it doesn't show the exact number of sales, and is no longer clickable, it says 4.5K sales
however, the link on the left hand side, under - contact shop owner, still has the exact number of sales as 4515, and is still clickable to your sold items.
@YonksRox you can click on the order thumbnail picture to open the listing. Item Details from there will show you the whole listing..... I also double check what was ordered for packing since some of my earrings look similar.
On an iPad you have to turn the device to a landscape view to get to the clickable sold items on the left hand side. Not only is the bold sold number of sales at the top of the page no longer clickable, if your device is held vertically you will never see the clickable number of sold items link or the number of admirers on the left hand side, underneath “contact shop owner”. The vertical view on a iPad also hides the “Contact Shop Owner” box and link, just above those two items and you cannot scroll the page left on a vertical view to solve the layout problem. We have no idea why they did this, everything was so much simpler before. Also the new link change this week of clicking on your shop name on an item page prevents customers to from getting to your front page by clicking on the shop name, and it is causing great confusion. Eventually we found a way to get back to a shop’s first page by clicking on the shop name in the new diverted page, but then we found out that that our main shop page, with our header and our items, had been “rearranged” by Etsy instead of our “most recent” layout in our Etsy settings. The new default view from the new link sorts all our for sale items by “relevance” (who’s?) and there is only “high price” and “low price” on the sort menu now. I thought this was a marketplace for shops but Etsy has turned itself into its own store with complete control over our sales and layouts. Yeah, we know, we can leave anytime we want...which is coming soon.
I'm not seeing this,
when I look at your shop, the default is "most recent"
and the - meet your seller clickable shop link is still there on items, and takes me back to your main shop page .... sorted by most recent
or I can "message Sam" from the lisiting
My father used the link at the top of the page to view recent sales and engage me about them. Now he can't do that. I tried showing him the alternate link at the bottom of the menu, but he uses an ipad and as @LostCoastPebbles mentions, It's only available if you rotate the ipad landscape. I'm disappointed in this change and it's broken an activity that my old man enjoyed checking every day.
