I meet all the criteria for Star Seller (have been selling for more than 90 days, & have made more than the threshold in sales & revenue) and should have been eligible for it as of today.
When I came on to check, I have got the Speedy Replies and the Rave Reviews badge, but haven't been given the Smooth Dispatch badge despite my 'on time dispatch & tracking' being 100%?
Am I wrong in thinking I should have been given Star Seller today?
Ended up opening a case with Customer Service who said:
'It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue that our engineering team is looking into. I’ve added all of the details from this ticket to their investigation so they have more information to work with.
Thank you so much for reporting this, it lets us know how widespread the issue is and helps our teams prioritize fixes.'
but 'no specific time frame for when this will be solutioned.'

click on PREVIOUS review period, and download the csv
(current review period is what you are working towards for next time)
I'm pretty sure I meet them in that period too! My stats on all 3 have never been below 100%

@TheHopefulStitch Unfortunately that is a standard reply that many get and nothing gets resolved.
Check the CSV for the previous period. If there are any listings that are lacking processing time frame or not recognized by Etsy for shipping then that could be the reason why. Are all shipped with tracking or signature required?
I checked previous period before messaging Customer Service but all 3 stats have been at 100% since I started.
Domestic orders all shipped with tracking. Int. all done in time but not necessarily with tracking due to the higher costs associated with tracked postage.
I have the same issue and got the same response.. I hope they actually fix it.

Your pen!s items definitely do. All items must be suitable for general audiences. Read the rules.
This poster is trying to highlight issues with your shop to prevent problems for you in the future.
@PlatypusDream I have read the rules and they do not fall into any of the categories. I have spoken to a multitude of people who sell similar items etc and none have ever had issues.
But regardless of all of that, it’s not relevant to my original post/question!
If I wanted input/help on that point I’d have asked for it?
You NEED to download the previous Star Seller period to see which items they think you didn't ship on time.
The brief summary on your Seller Dashboard doesn't indicate exactly which transactions you had issues with - it's just a small snapshot.
Same here, this is the second month I haven't got it even though I'm 100% across the board. Frustrating.
