Shopwide sale prices not being honored at checkout??

Hi all!

I've had 2 potential buyers message me after starting a shopwide 20% off sale that they see the sale, add it to their cart, and then Etsy is trying to charge them full price? Any one else dealing with this? Etsy -- any help would be appreciated! I dont want potential customers thinking I am scamming!

I just added a dress to my basket and the discount is working on my end.

Could it be because it changes to list the discount over on the right of the cart, instead of on the listing price on the left?

They see the listing at full price and don't bother to look at the breakdown to see the "discount - X.XX" line before the subtotal over on the right of the cart page.

The discount appears to be fine.
